Carry Caliber Poll Results
April 15, 2008 on 11:32 pm | In Uncategorized |
It would appear that .45 ACP is the favorite carry caliber, followed closely by 9mm and .38 Special/.357 Magnum/.357 SIG coming in third, with .40 S&W coming in a distant fourth.
A big thank you to everyone who took the time to vote! A new poll will be put up shortly.
Here is a look at the raw data:

Based on the numbers there, you’re showing about 143% in total.
The .45 ACP is actually about 28% if my math is correct.

You’re correct rfdancer. Thanks for catching this! I posted this late at night and took my polling plug-in’s word for the percentages. I’ve since taken the time to calculate the results myself and have updated the post to reflect that. For some reason my polling plug-in is mathematically challenged. I’ve got to either figure out what’s wrong with it, or just calculate the figures myself from now on.
