I believe in the whole bill of rights and this includes the freedom of speech. This film has been removed from other sites because of death threats from the usual suspects. I think this is wrong. Some have classified this film as hate speech, which I find ironic because the speech in the film comes not from the author, but the subjects themselves. If it is hate speech, it would be important to pay attention where the hate is coming from.

Also, I am not anti-Muslim. I am not anti any religion. I am however against anything posing as a religion where the practitioners believe it is OK to kill other people because their invisible man in the sky told them to. If you are willing to live peacefully alongside me, no matter what your religion is, that’s alright with me.

Here then, is Fitna by Geerd Wilders. Please be aware this film contains strong, disturbing images and words. This means viewer discretion is advised, and it is probably not safe for work.

    I never would have bothered until I read about the film being taken down from several ISP/sites due to protests. How’s that for irony, eh Abdul?

  3. “Hate speech” - yeah, right. A muslim cleric is quoted as saying if the Mohammed comics and the page tearing sound at the end were removed, it could easily have been made by Jihadis as one of their propaganda films.
