Gun show loophole? I am sick of hearing this myth. I had to go through a background check, as everyone else did, when I bought my Mosin-Nagant.

And who is anybody to limit my commerce? US v Lopez: court ruled that they do not have the right to regulate "unrelated" things, possession of firearms near schools. As Justice Clarence Thomas put it, putative regulation on interstate commerce gives Congress a general police power over the Nation.
One firearm purchase a month or three only (Tx is three), either way I think that is all poppycock. I should be able to spend as much as I want on as many items I want.

Who does not report their firearms or any other items as stolen when one has been a victim of theft? That is simply idiotic.

I think the last thing a manufacture is going to do is build an unsafe firearm, or anything else. Do you know what kind of lawsuit that would be? Effective product safety standards my foot.

Last but not least the always emotive cutesy tripe. In a perfect world Jesus would be sitting with his crown over the kingdom and evil would be banished forever. I fear utopia engineers.

His is, as I understand it, an unpaid position. If I have anything to do or say about it, he'll not last long enough to be listed. Someone of his caliber (sic) doesn't deserve to be a garbage man, let alone a university professor or prominent member of the community.
